Molded Blood Salad

1 (3 ounce) box cran-raspberry flavored jello
1 (3 ounce) box lemon flavored jello
3 cups water
2 cups crushed cranberries
1/3 cup finely chopped orange zest
1 cup orange juice
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts

Mix the jello and water according to the package instructions. Mix in remaining ingredients immediately. Chill in a 2-quart mold. Unmold to serve.
