All-Purpose Anti-Itch Agent recipe

2 cups ice
2 tablespoons salt
2 cups milk

Put all ingredients into a one-quart bottle. Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and apply to the itchy area for 20 minutes. Repeat three to four times a day.
