Arthritis Rub

Ingredients

• 1 pint rubbing alcohol
• 1 ounce spirits of peppermint
• 1 ounce olive oil
• 1 ounce wintergreen
• 1 ounce witch hazel
• 1 ounce pine oil
• 50 menthol crystals

Instructions

1. Mix well, then store in a tightly covered glass jar.
2. Rub on affected areas.
