Skinny Tartar Sauce

1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
2 tablespoons cucumber, grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
1 teaspoon celery flakes

Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Mix all other ingredients and refrigerate. Chill thoroughly.
