Success
If they need a little “touch up” after storage, you can re-roll the bourbon balls in powdered sugar just before serving.

How-To
Powdered sugar a little lumpy? Just put the measured amount you need into a metal kitchen strainer with a glass bowl underneath. Sift the powdered sugar through the strainer using a large kitchen spoon to work out the bumps.

Variation
These treats are just as scrumptious when almonds, pecans or hazelnuts are used instead of the walnuts.
