Chili Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place 1 inch apart on large cookie sheet or in shallow pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels, then serve.
