Cheesy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or a block of cream cheese, softened)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 packet Ranch dressing

Instructions

1. Mix mayonnaise (or cream cheese), garlic, Cheddar cheese and Ranch dressing in a bowl and slather onto chicken breasts.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
3. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and asparagus or green beans.
