Chicken Thighs with Honey Ginger Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Korean Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru) (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken and all of the marinade ingredients into the zip bag or mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. Place chicken in a 9 by 13 inch glass dish.
  5. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.

Notes

This recipe can also be used for roasting or grilling chicken. It's delicious any way you cook it.
