Chicken Thighs with Honey Ginger Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Korean Red Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru) (optional)
Instructions
- Add chicken and all of the marinade ingredients into the zip bag or mixing bowl.
- Marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place chicken in a 9 by 13 inch glass dish.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
Notes
This recipe can also be used for roasting or grilling chicken. It's delicious any way you cook it.
