Melt in Your Mouth Chicken

Cheese, Greek yogurt and mayonnaise are the secret to this divine baked chicken.

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Seasoned salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt*
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
  2. Lay 1 slice of Swiss or Provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
  3. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and half of the Parmesan cheese. Spread an equal amount over each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Place in a 375 degrees F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and brown.

Notes

Sour cream may be substituted for the Greek yogurt.
