Melt in Your Mouth Chicken
Cheese, Greek yogurt and mayonnaise are the secret to this divine baked chicken.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper
- 6 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt*
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
- Lay 1 slice of Swiss or Provolone cheese on each chicken breast.
- Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and half of the Parmesan cheese. Spread an equal amount over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Place in a 375 degrees F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
Notes
Sour cream may be substituted for the Greek yogurt.
