Baked Chicken Recipes

Skinny Shake Oven Chicken

4 cups dry bread crumbs or soda cracker crumbs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Optional seasonings: Seasoning salt, onion or garlic
    salt, lemon pepper

Mix until evenly distributed. Put 1/2 cup of mix in a bag. Add moist chicken; shake. Arrange slices skin side up in foil-lined pan or nonstick pan. Use no oil. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
