Marmalade Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 cups herbed seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Spread chicken pieces with marmalade (the more you use, the sweeter it will be, so spread according to taste).
- Coat with stuffing.
- Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Drizzle top with butter.
- Bake for 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
