1 (2 1/2 pound) chicken, cut up
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning
2 cups cooking oil
2 teaspoons water
1 egg beaten
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Mix flour and Old Bay Seasoning.
Heat cooking oil in large skillet.
In mixing bowl, combine water and egg. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then flour (a few pieces at a time). Fry over medium heat until golden brown, about 20 minutes on each side.
Serves 4.
