Leftover chicken or turkey, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 scallion, sliced thin
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of pepper
Dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Mix chicken or turkey, undiluted soup, scallion and spices. Roll up burrito-style in a flour tortilla.
Lay burritos on a paper towel on a plate and microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes.
