Mango Glaze for Ham recipe

Mango nectar
Fresh ginger root, peeled and coarsely chopped
About 1 tablespoon honey

Mix all together in saucepan and let it simmer about 20 minutes. Use to baste ham every 15 minutes until ham is done.
