Glaze and Marinade Recipes
Teriyaki Marinade
Yield: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic oil or 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped or mashed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a quart jar. Cover tightly; shake or stir to dissolve sugar and mix well.
Notes
Can be made several weeks or more ahead. Keep refrigerated.
