Tangy Coconut Ham Glaze
Yield: about 3/4 cup, enough to glaze a 10 to 12 pound ham
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cream of coconut
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine ingredients; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened.
- Use to glaze ham during last 30 minutes of baking.
Notes
Microwave: In a 2 cup glass measure, combine ingredients. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Proceed as above.
