Cottage Cheese Roast recipe

1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
3 envelopes beef stew seasoning mix
5 eggs, well beaten
4 cups cottage cheese
1 cup walnuts, chopped
4 cups Kellogg's Special K

Saute onion in margarine, then add seasoning mix, eggs and all other ingredients. Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F in large greased casserole.

Serves 10 to 12.
