This is a Seventh Day Adventist recipe.
1 can dinner cuts
1 can mushroom soup
1 onion, sliced in rings
1/2 pint sour cream
Dip dinner cuts in flour and fry in oil until brown on both sides. When finished frying, pour out remaining oil from fry pan and while pan is still hot, put in sour cream, mushroom soup and enough milk to make the consistency of gravy. Layer steaks in casserole dish with onion; pour gravy over and bake at 350 degrees F until bubbly and hot, about 1/2 hour.
