Awesome Meatloaf recipe

1 to 2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix, including
    flavor pack (any variety)
1 can Swanson's Beef Broth

Mix all ingredients well. Put into a loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
