Glazed Meat Loaf recipe

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
Dash of pepper

Mix beef with eggs, tomato juice, oats, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf.

Topping:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 slices bacon
