2 pounds pork chops
2 cups milk
2 cans tomato soup
2 sliced sweet onions
2 sliced green bell peppers
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
Brown pork chops in butter, then set aside.
In the same skillet, add soup, milk, salt and sugar to the pan drippings. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Layer the pork chops with onions and peppers in the skillet. Cook over low to medium heat for 35-45 minutes, covered. The meat will fall right off the bone!
