1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato puree
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 (8 ounce) box spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese
Brown venison in hot oil; add parsley, onions, and garlic. Cook until tender; add remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
Serve over spaghetti sprinkled with cheese.
Yield: 6 servings
