Seasoned Coating Mix

2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon thyme, crushed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix and store in a tightly-covered container until needed.

Makes 2 1/2 cups mix.
