1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar
12 ounces coconut, grated, dried
24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
4 tablespoons solid white shortening
Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, butter, sugar and coconut. Cover with
wax paper and chill for 24 hours.
Melt chocolate with shortening.
Roll coconut mixture into balls, and dip into the chocolate using a wooden pick.
Drop onto wax paper to cool.
