1/2 pound cottage cheese
1/2 pound margarine
2 cups flour
Cut margarine and cottage cheese into flour with a pastry cutter. Blend and
knead with hands to make a smooth dough. Divide into 4 balls. Wrap each ball
in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
The next day roll each ball on a floured board and spread with sugar free
preserves, ground walnuts, raisins and a mixture of Sugar Twin and cinnamon.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until
golden brown.
