Cottage Cheese Strudel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pound margarine
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Cut margarine and cottage cheese into flour with a pastry cutter. Blend and knead with hands to make a smooth dough. Divide into 4 balls. Wrap each ball in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The next day roll each ball on a floured board and spread with sugar free preserves, ground walnuts, raisins and a mixture of Sugar Twin and cinnamon.
  3. Place on a greased cookie sheet, and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
