Slushies

1 box sugar free gelatin, flavor desired
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 cups crushed ice

Place gelatin, boiling water and lemon juice in blender and blend for 1 minute. Add small amounts of ice at a time and blend until smooth.

Serves 3 or 4.
