1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sugar
1 cup oats
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup apple, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup nuts, chopped
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients together together in 2-quart Batter Bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mixture will be quite thick. Pour into Deep Dish Baker (spritzed). Bake for 35 minutes.
