Carrot Peanut Birthday Cake (for dogs)

Ingredients

• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon soy flour
• 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup honey
• 1 cup ground carrot

Instructions

1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix together quickly and bake in a greased ring mold at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
3. If you have a blender, use it to grate the carrots by putting the egg and the oil in first and then adding small pieces of carrot one at a time. Then, when ready to serve, decorate with lighted birthday candles.
4. Blow out the candles. Take them off the cake, and watch your pet just love eating his/her birthday cake. There's nothing better than a happy doggy eating a homemade birthday cake just for him or her!
