Comfrey Gel (for burns and abrasions) recipe
1 cup freshly chopped comfrey root1 cup water
Simmer for 20 minutes.
Let cool, then strain through a coarse sieve.
You can use the resulting gel immediately or roll into small balls and freeze for future use. To treat, rub gel onto injured area on a regular basis until condition improves.
