Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler

Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in melted butter or margarine until blended.
  3. Stir together peaches and sugar in a bowl until combined; spoon over batter.
  4. Bake until golden, 50 to 60 minutes.
