Classic Bisquick Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Stir together Bisquick mix, milk and nutmeg in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Stir in melted butter or margarine until blended.
- Stir together peaches and sugar in a bowl until combined; spoon over batter.
- Bake until golden, 50 to 60 minutes.
