Cream, Chiffon and Custard Pie Recipes
Caramel Pie
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
1/2 pint whipping cream
Cream butter or margarine, flour and brown sugar. \
Beat egg with milk and add to creamed mixture. Cook in double boiler until
thick. Cool.
Fill baked pie shell with mixture. Top with whipped cream.
