Pecan Sandies Crust
Ingredients
- I cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cut butter into flour with pastry blender or fork to make coarse crumbs.
- Stir in pecans and pat into a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15 minutes, just until light golden brown Do not overcook.
- Cool.
