Pecan Sandies Crust

Ingredients

  • I cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cut butter into flour with pastry blender or fork to make coarse crumbs.
  2. Stir in pecans and pat into a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15 minutes, just until light golden brown Do not overcook.
  4. Cool.
