Pecan Sandies Crust
I cup all-purpose flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Cut butter or margarine into flour with pastry blender or fork to make coarse crumbs. Stir in pecans and pat into a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish Bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15 minutes, just until light golden brown Do not overcook. Cool.
