1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
8 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 graham cracker crumb pie crust
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in coconut. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes.
