Meat and Seafood Pie Recipes

Shepherd's Pie

1 pound ground beef
3 tablespoons A-1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can English peas
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Brown beef, steak sauce and onion in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer into bottom of casserole dish. Cover with English peas and mashed potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
