Pet Milk Pecan Pie
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry crust
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl the sugar, flour and
salt. Stir in dark corn syrup. Beat in eggs,
one at a time. Mix in PET Evaporated Milk, pecans
and vanilla extract. Pour into crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes,
or until firm.
- Cool before serving.
