Pet Milk Pecan Pie recipe

Have ready a 9-inch unbaked pastry crust. Turn on oven and set at 375 degrees F.

Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1 cup dark corn syrup. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time. Mix in 1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk, 1 cup pecans and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pour into crust. Bake 50 minutes, or until firm. Cool before serving.
