Pet Milk Pecan Pie

Recipe Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry crust
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 cup PET Evaporated Milk
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix in a 1 1/2-quart bowl the sugar, flour and salt. Stir in dark corn syrup. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in PET Evaporated Milk, pecans and vanilla extract. Pour into crust.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes, or until firm.
  4. Cool before serving.
