Key Lime Tarts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 (15 count) package Athens® Mini Fillo Shells
  • 2 thin slices of lime, cut into eighths, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk. Mix until light and fluffy.
  2. Add lime juice and lime zest. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each Fillo Shell.
  5. Garnish with sliced lime.
  6. Serve immediately.
