1 can Coca-Cola (diet is fine)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Spray cooker with pam. Brown meat on all sides over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Close cooker. Bring up pressure and cook 30 minutes. Release pressure. Add cut potatoes and carrots. I put the potatoes on the bottom and the carrots on the side. Bring pressure back up. Cook for 15 minutes. Release pressure.
