Pie Crust
Yield: 1 double pie crust and 1 single crust
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 egg
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups shortening
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Mix together salt, vinegar and egg; set aside.
- Mix together flour, shortening, sugar and water, then add the egg/vinegar mixture.
- Roll into a ball and chill for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Can be frozen.
