Favorite Amish Never Fail Pie Crust
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups Crisco
1 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup water
Blend flour, sugar and salt. Cut in Crisco.
Mix together egg, water and vinegar. Add to flour. Chill before rolling.
This will keep for days in the refrigerator and will be easy to roll.
