Pie Crust
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 egg
Mix together and set aside.
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups shortening
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water
Mix together, then add the egg/vinegar mixture. Roll into a ball and chill
for about 30 minutes.
Yields 1 double pie crust and 1 single crust. Can be frozen.
