1 large can sauerkraut
1 cup chopped celery
1 can pimento, diced
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large bell pepper
1 onion, chopped
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Mix with remaining vegetables.
Mix vinegar, oil, water and sugar in saucepan; heat to boiling. Pour over vegetables, mix well and store in refrigerator overnight.
