Louisiana Red Hot Sauce

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup vinegar
4 garlic buds
2 tablespoons pepper
4 tablespoons Louisiana sauce
4 lemons

Bring to a boil. You can use this on any kind of meat.

Brush it on chicken or spareribs. Cook on grill or bake in oven.
