Carrot Salad
3 to 4 cups shredded carrots
2/3 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
Dash salt
Combine all ingredients, adding a little more mayonnaise and honey, if desired,
to suit your taste.
Serves 4.
