Sinfully Delicious Pecans

2 egg whites, beaten very stiff
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 box light brown sugar
2 to 2 1/2 cups Georgia pecan halves

Combine egg whites and vanilla extract. Add brown sugar; mix well. Fold in pecan halves. Using a fork, individually take pecans from mixture and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 200 degrees F for 20 minutes.
