Vidalia Onion Casserole
1 quart chopped Vidalia onions
3/4 stick margarine
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper
Crackers
Grease 2-quart casserole. Crumble a layer of cracker crumbs in bottom of dish.
Saute onions in margarine. Place on top of crumbs; salt and pepper. Beat eggs.
Add water; pour over onions. Top with cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
