Apple Peanut Salad recipe

1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 cups chopped apples
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
2/3 cup coarse chopped dry roasted peanuts

Blend sour cream, orange peel and juice. Toss with apples, celery and peanut. Chill to blend flavors.

Yield: 5 cups of salad.
