Celery Seed Dressing recipe

2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil

Beat all ingredients until thick.

This is delicious over ice-cold avocado slices.
