Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni or rigatoni
- 3/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, halved or quartered
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup mild banana pepper rings, diced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3/4 to 1 cup sun-dried tomato dressing
Instructions
- Combine prepared ingredients in a bowl and stir in dressing to coat thoroughly.
- Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or focaccia.
