3 small Haas avocados
Lemon
Filling:
1/2 (8 ounce) container chive and onion cream cheese
3 tablespoons chopped pimento-stuffed olives
3 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
In a small bowl, mix half of the container (4 ounces) of the Chive and Onion
Cream Cheese with chopped olives, pecans, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Add Tabasco to taste. Cover and set aside.
Just before serving, peel and cut avocados in half. Rub cut surfaces with
fresh lemon juice. Fill avocado center with cream cheese mixture. Serve one
half avocado on a bed of greens per person.
Serves 6.
