Best French Dressing recipe

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 cup vegetable oil
Garlic salt, to taste
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

Blend all ingredients well and keep chilled.
